In today’s tremendous competitive business world, the concept of the Human Resource Management is vast as it involves not only the recruitment and selection procedures. The modern day HRM involves the process of making the effective policies and strategies for helping the working professionals and the staffs of the organization to work in a proper manner (Reilly & Williams 2016). Even in my current organization, I have observed that most of the tasks of the business operations have been decided and determined by the HR department.
